What is the Vertical Tower (Neo X40)?

It is an advanced, soil-free system that uses a closed-loop recirculating pump to stack plants vertically. This design dramatically increases the number of plants grown in a small footprint, typically utilizing NFT or Aeroponic principles to efficiently coat the roots with nutrient solution.

Towers are highly optimized for fast-growing, shallow-rooted crops with similar nutrient needs:

Is the vertical structure stable?

Yes. Stability is ensured by the wide, weighted base (the reservoir). When filled with 40L to 60L of nutrient solution, the weight creates a low, secure center of gravity. For outdoor installation in high-wind areas, the base is designed for optional anchoring.

How does the water reach all the plant modules?

A submersible pump in the base pushes the solution up the central riser pipe. The water then flows, drips, or mists down through the stacked planting modules, coating the roots, before gravity returns it to the reservoir for continuous recirculation.

Does the tower need to be rotated?

Rotation is highly recommended and often essential.

  • Indoors: Rotate the tower 90 degrees every 2-3 days to ensure every plant receives equal light exposure.
  • Outdoors: Occasional rotation still helps optimize sun exposure across all faces of the tower.
